Luke leads as founder, and Suzie brings the classroom expertise as a Master’s-level educator (M.Ed.), making sure everything we do is grounded in what actually helps kids learn. As parents of a son with special needs, the work is personal for us too — we understand the worry, the IEP meetings, and the fight for the right support, because we’ve lived it.
